i had the most amazing time at waldorf astoria. the room was upgraded to a king suite with a stunning sea view. the sunset from the room was unforgettable. staff were friendly and quick to fulfill any requests. dinner at lexington grill was a delicious treat, with perfectly cooked steaks. the family pool was spacious and the beach access was convenient. overall, a luxurious and relaxing experience.

The exceptional staff, especially Sarah and her team, truly made our stay memorable with their warmth and professionalism. the breathtaking sea views from the junior suite balcony added to the charm of the property. However, the inconsistent hot water and dining policy changes were aspects that could be improved upon.

Waldorf Astoria offers a delightful escape from Dubai, just a 52-minute drive away. the spacious lobby provides privacy for enjoying a coffee. Luxurious Deluxe rooms feature a generous walking wardrobe and a large bathroom with Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries. the hotel boasts excellent facilities including separate kids and adult pools for added privacy, a beautiful beach, and a selection of top-notch restaurants like the highly recommended Japanese option.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff are incredibly polite and attentive, from check-in all the way to the pool and restaurant. They were always on hand with towels and the cold water stations were kept full, which is great for the environment. the poolside snack bar and dinner at the restaurant were top-notch. In-room breakfast was brought promptly and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to unwind. the location, complemented with exquisite art inspired by the underwater world, is stunning. the Christmas tree added a lovely touch during my December visit. the beach access is fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers even when the hotel is busy.

One thing that could be improved is the lack of variety in the bars, as they close before 11 pm. A switch to Smart TVs in the rooms would also be a great addition to enhance guest experience.

The spa offers a range of treatments using internationally renowned product lines such as Voya's organic sustainable seaweed products and QMS Medicosmetics skincare, creating a space for guests to surrender and restore their personal wellbeing. The private beach, with its pristine white sands against the blue waters of the Arabian Sea, offered a serene and tranquil environment for unwinding, making it a perfect weekend getaway destination.

Room size and comfort were great, especially enjoyed the in-room Indian cuisine. Lexington Grill served top-notch dishes like the Wagyu steak with delightful amuse-bouches in between courses. Beach access and well-kept pool are fantastic for relaxation, along with the helpful staff setting up lounge and offering chilled water. 🏖️ Only downside - bathroom towels were a bit worn, no biggie though!

I keep returning for the amazing service and facilities. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost wallet, leaving a lasting impression. The place suits me perfectly, with everything I need and more. I'll be back for my next city trip.

This hotel provides an exceptional luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all of my needs with excellent service. the Spa & wellness centre offers a range of treatments including full body massages, body wraps, and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided. the location is great for couples and families who want to enjoy the beach and entertainment.

The only minor issue I experienced was that some restaurants were closed on certain days without any prior information.

Golfing at the 18-hole championship course next door was lit, even though we're no Tiger Woods. Plus, the Oud music vibes were so chill, making our late-night hangouts unforgettable.

My family and I recently enjoyed an exhilarating round of golf at the adjacent Al Hamra Golf Club. The lush green fairways and breathtaking views made our experience truly unforgettable. The children's club provided a safe and entertaining environment, allowing us some peaceful moments to soak in the soothing Oud music and create treasured memories. The delightful children's club ensured that our little ones were entertained, making it the perfect destination for families to come together and enjoy each other's company.

My wife says that more shaded play areas would have added to the children's enjoyment.

Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah is the best property to stay in RAK, especially the Junior "Sweet." A class above with worth-the-money experience. Will be back next holiday. Pool shuts at 7 pm, but the beach is open. Be aware of possible billing mix-ups during checkout. a fantastic hotel experience.

Check-in was effortless, and checking out was a breeze. the beachfront was stunning, with white sand and an unobstructed view of the Persian Gulf. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel for our wedding anniversary. the staff even surprised us with flowers and a cake. the restaurants, pool, and activities were well-organized and clean. the small attentions, like sharing ice cream and refreshing orange-flavored water, were greatly appreciated. the warm welcome from Andrew and Hannah made us eager to return.

The experience at the onsite Japanese restaurant was like stepping into culinary wonderland. The wagyu tataki was so tender, it practically melted in my mouth, and the miso black cod was a flavor explosion. The extensive sake selection perfectly complemented the delectable dishes.

Room upgrade confusion.

The suite was amazing with a comfy king bed and a separate living room with a sofa bed - perfect for our family. The Arabian palaces inspired decor made us feel like royalty!

The speaker phone with voicemail in the room felt a bit outdated for our taste.
